The California Preschool Regional Planning Workshops
Karen Hill Scott & Company, in partnership with American Institutes of Research (AIR) and sponsored by the California County Superintendents Educational Services Association (CCSESA) has organized the California Regional Preschool Planning Workshops in four locations around the state: Tehama County (Oct. 23-24), Sacramento County (Oct. 30-31), Orange County (Nov. 8-9) and Alameda County (Dec. 11-12).The purpose of these workshops are to:
- To support continued county preschool planning and the expansion of high quality programs.
- To foster strategic partnerships that align counties with local, regional, and statewide preschool policy and funding opportunities.
- To build on prior county-level work and promote sharing and collaboration within and among regions.
