Orange County Preschool Planning Collaborative
Karen Hill-Scott & Company worked with the Orange County Department of Education (OCDE) to pull together a coalition of key community stakeholders, K-12 leadership, parents, law enforcement and local providers to create a strategic plan for preschool in Orange County.
